Went to local state park yesterday where they raced 15000 yellow plastic ducks for charity. Was boiling in the 90's and was hiking around pushing baby with all the gear on the buggy. So down two pounds even though we had Indian last night! In fairness I had 2 oz of Indian chicken korma :) but nice to have those days as I also had lox in the morning too. I just had the lox without a bagel and was just as yummy ! All 3oz of it. The extra moving and also I upped my water intake too as that wasn't helping with the weight loss. For water intake supposed to be doing half your weight in pounds in oz of water. So if you're 140 pounds (10 stone) then 70 oz of water so more than the 8 glasses a day. For my weight supposed to be doing 114 oz so 14 glasses a day. So will try and keep up my water as often when I thought in past I was hungry I was actually thirsty and now starting to recognize the difference. Yes it took most of my stomach been taken out but
hopefully it will become a habit instead of something I have to remind myself of. Of course I have an app on iPhone for my water and another for my protein and calories. There's an app for that ;)
