Cycling and 5 stone gone

So friend lent me her bike trainer. Going to use that today. It let's
you cycle on the spot and better for my pelvis and hips than trying to
balance while trying to exercise. Down another pound so i hit 70
pounds since January yeah! (53 since Surgery) So 5 stone down and
another 5 stone to go (plus the 17 pounds Doc wants me to lose by mid
July)

Hubbie has also started to get fitter and went for a late run last
night. I'm still too unfit to try running plus screw up healing pelvis
and hips but I got in a swim (10 laps doggy paddling) and also a walk
with baby and stroller. Little guy is in daycare for a few hours today
but I volunteered to host a playdate so I'll be doing that this
morning (although both kids going to daycare so I won't have any kids
here as older one didn't want to stay home!) So guess I'll be running
around with the kids and letting other Mums have a break.
