Eating out

Eating out is more of a challange. Most of time it's because you first
need to find something you can eat but here in states that's not a big
challange as most appetizers have some kind of meat option or protein
like chicken, shrimp or soup. Most of time it's the tiny amount you
can eat that has the owner or waitress checking you enjoyed the food!
I now ask for the box and put away most of the food so they can see
I'm bringing home and enjoyed it! Today we went to open house at our
swim athletic club and I had tuna salad and bringing rest home. The
hubbie had a ham sandwich and kid chicken nuggets so all ate well. I
also bring my test tube looking vials of protein in car so I can eat
anywhere and get the protein in I need. They have 25g protein in 3 oz
and 100 cals so I can get the protein in I need. Called profect and
funky flavors so nice tart sour ones too which i love. Not eveyones
cup of tea but I love them and lot of protein for the buck plus handy
as can travel anywhere with them.

So off to park now to play with kids. Have a wonderful weekend and
move and groove!
