This week didn't get to exercise as much as I should or would have
liked to. No particular reasons for not doing it. I just seemed to
have conflicting schedules going on and number one reason was that I
didn't schedule myself first. How many times do we do that, schedule
everyone else as Mums but forget ourselves. I find if I don't plan it
and schedule it, it doesn't happen. So here's to working out more at
the weekend and making up for a lazier week than I liked
