over a week instead of by day as water weight etc will drive you nuts
that way
I did get to exercise twice last week. Not as much as I'd like but I
find I even do more around house and in evening than I did with more
energy so that's much better and counts towards moving and grooving.
Next week the baby starts at daycare two half days so I can use those
days to move and exercise more.
I have my helmet for my bike but haven't got on the bike yet. A little
scared of it since I was 12 riding a bike I think last. Actually now I
remember a bike ride from hell on army survival weekend where they
gave us mountain bikes and pointed up a mountain and said go there.
One of my team mates rode bikes like a champion and literally pushed
me and another non fit guy up the mountain while cycling himself.
That's the same weekend I got hypothermia but that's another story..
One of my weight loss buddies said she's lending me her bike trainer
so I can cycle indoors after kids in bed and get some more moving on.
I should try and cycle outside first ;)
So i have 20 pounds to hit the goal Dr C set me for mid July. It might
be too much of a stretch but first 3 months is the easiest they said
and then first 6 months the most weight you lose so if I hit the 20
pounds I'll be half way to my goal and that will make the second half
easier. So that's my challange and I'm going to give it my all and try
and get there
For UK folks the 70 pounds goal from surgery is 5 stone. So lose 5
stone in 3 months :)

You can do it! I'm really proud of you sticking with it and working so hard!
