losing 30 pounds over next two months. Tough but I need to dial up my
workouts anyway as he warned me it's tougher after first three months.
Also you lose the most weight first year so if I don't shift it this
year could have a hard time getting rid of it
He also gave me a new goal of 150 pounds so 10 stone and 10 pounds he
thinks is my ideal weight for frame. So means I have 62 and a bit to
go so less than 5 stone. It'll be a challange but I'm in this for my
health and being around for my kids and hubby
Next week back to work. So that'll be interesting to see what folks
think and also keeping my new food and exercise routine. I can walk at
work while on phone so going to do that daily so i can maximize the
calorie burn
