Ok just finished my first training session with a trainer at avac
club. OMG. My legs are actually shaking and jelly. I think funniest
was when he tried to get me to do a pullup on a machine that allegedly
makes it easier and I fell straight off it unable to hold myself up.
Nothing injured but my little pride. So let's say we skipped that one
and did some others. But I did manage a plank pilates style and squats
which I couldn't do before and lasted an hour with all the exercises.
