weight loss patient before so was educating him on the nutrition bit
and what I can eat and should eat while he was explaining his plan
I'm still obese which I knew going in and did the fat calipers on me
checking arm, thigh and stomach fat. Felt like cattle getting checked
before market hah. Anyway I'm happy I'm heading in right direction and
figure he an educate me on strength training as that's something I
need to start doing. He's going to ease me into it and use my body as
weight first than lots of machines or weights. He'll train me so I can
do it on my own
I have my first session today so expect me to me sore at weekend!
I'm down again yeah! And now less than 70 pounds to lose
I'm down 84 pounds so 6 stone down. Only 3.4 pounds from docs goal
this week so happy with that
So now to get dressed and ready for zumba and then later training
Can we say ouch together?
