Back to stormin the castle

So Monday walked, Tuesday went all insane and did 2.5 miles on uphill
treadmill, then a swim and then a hour and half yoga class that had us
looking like pretzels for most of it. Wednesday I walked 3 miles and
today walked again another 3.5 I also met a trainer today at gym and
meeting him tomorrow and twice next week and three times week after
for training. Me - a personal trainer - how shocking is that! I need
to educate myself more on strength training as that's going to get me
fitter, keep my bone density and also get me more toned and help lose
weight. More muscle you lose weight quicker, which is why guys always
lose weight quicker, how annoying is that!

Anyway, feel like getting some energy back this week. My pelvis is
complaining some so will keep an eye on it and go gentle when needed.
