Stars

So went to WW yesterday with my Mam. We were rushing in and out but according to them just .3 short of 25 pounds since I started WW. Of course that 25 is from 2 and half weeks. I can start to see a change in my face and will get hubby to take the side, front pictures so hopefully you can see a difference. My Dad said it's like someone popped me with pin lol. Still of course a ways to go but it's also going to have to be with the diet and exercise. For those asking right now all I am doing is water and protein drinks. I need about 75-90 g protein a day. Your body really can't take in any more than 35g unless you're an athlete at a time so that's three drinks a day which can take me an hour sometimes to drink with my tiny 2-3oz stomach. It actually hurts to gulp instead of sip or try and take in too much. For a person who vaccummed food and water mindlessly that's a big change but getting used to it. I also need 64-80oz water and the drinks count towards
that but need to make sure hydrated. You need the protein to fuel yourself and this way the body goes after the stored fat (unfortunately not all the jelly belly but all over, it's not that smart) instead of taking your muscle mass. After a month I can start exercising, right now it's just walking allowed and no swimming or standing in water with my incisions. Although did 2.5 miles yesterday with my Mam just walking around mall. So doing well and thankfully nursing still going well too which I love and also as added bonus is another exercise.
