Nearly a week

Wow. Been one week already and down 17 pounds as of tonight and 33 pounds since I started. I had to remind WW lady that she owed me my 5% badge star thingie. She was in such shock I dropped 14 pounds she forgot my sticker. I love stickers and was the kid walking home from school with one on my forehead.

I'm still not at all hungry. I've never done a diet like this or had this feeling of control without my hunger leading me

I am the one cooking dinner all last week for family pretty much except wed Thursday last week with being in hospital a pretty good excuse. Ironic isn't it ;) well hubbie works and my folks are brilliant taking care of me and baby , laundry , cleaning , diy projects ( dad hung coat rack today and put together my bike). However they both don't like cooking and I don't dislike it. So been cooking everything from steak to pork to chicken and they love my double baked potatoes.

The only time this whole last week that made me think oh that would be yummy and I wanted some in Head Hunger was the sweet potatoe I made for dinner tonight with stuffing , another trigger food for me. However I didn't eat of course either but was powerful in a reminder to me about head hunger not being hunger but thinking about what those foods trigger. I wasn't physically hungry and recongnized that someday way down road I
may be able to have a tablespoon of these foods after my protein but Also realize that may not be able to if trigger foods for bigger portions or lack control on my part.
