Re: Sunday night

So a long day but day number 5 down yipee! Did 80 protein and 72 oz fliud finally. Beef broth was not happening though for dinner and I find I need a big two hour nap in middle day to rest and recover from it all. I finally got a volt9 battery for new scale so weighed myself on that one. Says down 14 pounds since last week and down 31 pounds since I started trying to lose the weight again. The new scale also measures my bmi,my water, fat content and my bone density. The other scale says 17 pounds but think new one more accurate.

My bone density rocks. This is of course because I'm obese. Hey ya know we have to have some advantages. Advantage number one, my bone density is higher than really skinny bitches because when I lift a finger , a single finger it weighs more than hers and I'm fighting more against gravity and doing more work. So costs me more calories plus it's strength exercise when you are over weight just walking down the road. Yep I'm lifting my fingers right now and burning more calories than you stick girl aha!

Another advantage is if I ever go to hypothermia in cold water but that&'s probably not as sexy ;)

So because we have to physically battle gravity harder going around the corner for a walk, we burn off more calories and it's also one of the few medical advantages of being obese is good bone density. Hence why now I'm taking 1500 mg calcium and have to start next week doing strength exercises so I don't lose the strength I have.
