7 months

7 months on and I'm on track so far for weight loss and health

I saw Dr C this week or Dr Awesome as one of my weight loss buddies calls him. He is kinda that grays anatomy fab hair kinda doc ;) He is very pleased with my progress so far. I'm also doing well with my diet, I track my protein daily still and do supplements to get to my target. My appetite is still small and i shop and cook for us all but I make myself the protein and veggie portion. At work the only hassle is when they bring in lunch for us to keep us working at end of quarters etc but thankfully there's some of the lads also on protein diets so we can band together and they bring in a chicken salad etc so we can also get some free lunch but stay on track ;)

Halloween I did have some fun bar chocolates but I recognized why I was eating them and also for most part planned it and worked it off or adjusted my diet for day. It's part of changes, not only diet but head changes - there's no bad foods - only calories and you plan accordingly. Where as I'd feel guilty and then eat more food and cycle, now trying to identify why and dealing with it and using other activities so not eating out of boredom.

Doc wants me to try and lose 12 pounds for January as weight loss will be a lot slower now so I need to work harder to lose weight

I am off track for the training. That's one area that I need to catch up on. So that's my new mantra - how did I move and groove this week?

See below - my ear is got a big piece of cotton wool from ear surgery and my hair isn't washed but you can see my clothes now getting smaller. I also cleared out more clothes from my closet. I'm going to also drop off to an organization that helps women looking for work clothes for interviews and clothes. I have a lot of good work clothes that could help some women would benefit from them.
