Training

So need to get my arse in gear for training for the race. Did one
training session and then zilch. Sick at moment but there's always an
excuse. So I'm making a plan so I can try and stick to it no matter what

On plus side I'm losing weight and now have 28 pounds aka 2 stone to
go to hit goal. Would love to get there by next April but need to step
it up considerably to do so

So motivating myself and getting a plan together

Also decided I'm going to be a shavee for St Baldwicks next year. Get
my head shaved for charity and raise money for kids cancer hospital
while I'm doing so. Might as well live up to my famous first name
counterpart and make some lemonade from lemons :)

  1. I recommend the Couch to 5K program. It gives you set workouts to do 3x a week. By the end you'll be running 25 minutes which probably won't get you the whole 5k, but you can up it every week after that by 5 minutes until you get there.
