I'm still losing but slower and I need to ramp up my activity and keep logging my food. With holidays it's easy to do the bite lick taste that's another couple of
hundred calories. That Ginger biscuit, small chocolate or even the food at work or out with friends around holidays. Now I try and go- well that 3 wee ginger bread is an hour on treadmill or cleaning garage. Do I want to clean garage then eat away and move and groove.
Made me think Out of Box for workouts that aren't typical but burn calories.
Walking with kids at kids zoo was a great workout and great hanging out with friends. That's an easy you don't think of it workout. Carrying the little one at cinema for three hours was a killer on pelvis so not recommending that one again
So scale going down and my aim is to lose another couple pounds before holidays and increase my activity

This is a hard time of year. My weight loss slowed down a lot last Dec., mostly because my workouts slowed way down.
