need to do more cardio as that's what helps boost my metabolism plus I
miss it. Kinda hard to do it with work but I'll just have to schedule
it and also see if there's a zumba class I can do at work as can't
make the one here unless I work at home every friday
I'm still north of 200 and trying to get south of that number.
Hopefully over next week. Clothes are fitting me better so think I'm
putting on some muscle but I also want to lose more weight.
Also need more sleep. The wee one is up every two hours and while he
goes back asleep easy it's killing me. No sleep also means your body
can't rest enough for metabolism so I'm going to try get some more
