a EEE cup size, the back gone down a lot and back in regular bras (so
they still could lift the titantic but I don't have to wear
breastfeeding ones only now as they were only ones fitting me)
Here's me trying clothes on for work. A friend at work gave me
trousers and some tops. It's great as I don't want to spend money on
clothes that I could be out of soon.
I'm not as happy with weight loss this week but not surprising as I
need to work out more and also I had beer on Saturday. Three of them
at our block party. That's nearly more than my calories for the day so
back to working out and protein only
I can drink but better off with wine as less carbs. Also the drink has
the side effect of making you hungry and the carbs it's a double
whammy. I went to weight watchers but was a tiny loss
So back in saddle again and keeping a closer eye on my protein and
water intake. I am glad I'm down in inches and so near breaking that
200 barrier I can see it.
It's not a sin to fall, just to lay there so let's move and groove
