Down and goals

So drink lots of water, do the shakes and sure enough you lose the
weight. Down again at w watchers and down my scale again yeah!

Also after feeding baby this morning at 6 and then pumping, I thought;
why go back to bed. I'm awake and kids all asleep so I went into tv
room and put on the biggest loser wii fit game. I did 30 minutes and
felt every inch of it. I shared that I did that of course with WW. I'm
such a Hermonie type character. Yes me I'm the biggest lick instead of
biggest loser. I seem to lose 2.6-3 pounds a week. If I can keep this
up will be fantastic as that's 8-12 pounds a month which adds up
really quickly of course.
