so I got up and did biggest loser workout again. I'm kinda proud of
myself for doing it two days in a row. My aim this week was two days
workout and trying to be more active during week and so far so good on
exercise front. I did do errands and shopping at costco yesterday so
lifting those potatoe bags worth something !
Also at costco they do free food samples. I had my lunch by having two
pieces of chicken done in a terakyi sauce yum. I'm a cheap date!
I see Dr C tomorrow for first time since surgery. I think I'm on track
but let's see what he says. I'm not doing as much exercising as I'd
like but pelvis and baby both playing into that so I need to get
better at that
So hanging out today waiting on plumber news re our main pipe
In meantime let's all try and get more active this week :)
