Holiday

Just back from holiday and had a brilliant time. It could be quite challenging on a cruise ship keeping to lower calories and I tracked everything and also carried the wee guy on my back everywhere. Went up a few pounds but down already from holding off the drinks. Alcohol is grand occasionally but it was more of a daily thing when away and the beer and wine are not just empty calories but also you tend to eat more with less control. I was on holiday so I didn't go mad with being super strict but I also allowed myself the drinks. I did find it easier though not to eat lots of yummy food that I normally would have so the 2 pounds normally on holiday would have been 10 pounds and down one already from just more water and gardening and cleaning at weekend. Also I kept track so I knew how much protein I was eating and how many calories as well. Here's back at work and felt very nice although the shoes were ones I wouldn't stand around a lot in. I've also scheduled myself now to work out during week so will also be tracking that. I'd like to put on some more muscle and tone up where I can
