Moving and grooving

So down again. While I can't exercise like I need to since I still have the hole in my ear, been keeping strict on diet as much as possible. I find if I do eat a bite of something like a carb that I want more of it, so no bite at all helps. Iv have only 15 pounds to go and I'm 9 months out. Ideally like to hit goal by the year so as soon as I have clearance I have to get more intense workouts

It's been good though for clothes shopping - now in a 10/12 trousers in US and 16/18 tops with large boobs still front and center :) I can just walk into any store and buy. As one of women at the support group was saying and all of us nodding as we knew it too well, now we try on and unless we love it we don't buy it. Before if it fit you bought it as most items didn't and shopping for clothes made you feel shite. I went to one store as thats where I knew it all would fit but did a shop maybe once a year for work clothes.

My Mum is here and helped me clear out three closets of mine and kids and hubby. We must have 7 bags clothes now to donate to friends, church. Feels good to get it all cleared.

So signed up for a family walk valentines day and a relay for life walk April as helps to keep on track. What are you doing to motivate yourself ?
