Here we go. On year out. Went to a BBQ at a friends that we went last year. This time last year I drank protein and that was it. This year had meat and quiches. Still all protein but tasty instead of just liquid. This morning I did shopping, did a kids birthday party bringing F1, and then off to BBQ. Was great party
