Milestones and goals

So back working out yeah! Also I started couch to 5k program and I had
tried once before and nearly died trying to do even the 90 sec jog
intervals. (starts you at jog 60 sec and walk a min and half and
repeat). This time though I got all way through! Guess having 110 less
pounds on me makes it bloody easier. Insert a duh here ;)

Also my sister is coming over to see us over holidays and is signing
up for a race so challanged me to. So signing myself and hubby up for
the 5k which is about 3 and half miles. I'm going to see if I can
train myself to run it.


That's nearly 10 weeks training so should be a good goal. Let's see if
I like this running thing , the boobs have always been a hinderence.
And anyone who thinks otherwise isn't over a D cup so they have no
clue. Try eee cup and then tell me how that run was ;)

So here's more of the head gear. Having fun with it. My real hair got
so bad might have to go pixie cut until it starts to grow back

On weight side I'm losing as I'm moving so that's good. Sleep still a
dream but that's baby not my sleep apnea I'm sure. Although hubby did
let me sleep till 1230 Sunday. That was magic!
