Tis the season and there's lots of eating going on yet when you think about it reason that you're getting together is more to celebrate with family and friends and be social so instead of picking up the cupcake or the cookie or in my case the old favorite selection box going to try make sure we get out move more and celebrate the time with my family and friends instead of thinking about next thing I'm putting in my mouth and there's a Christmas present to myself happy holidays!
